Disaster Movie should be called "ANOTHER PIECE OF SHIT"
(NOTE: I originally had included the movie poster, but decided it’s too shitty for my tumblr. I don’t want people getting the wrong idea, or thinking I posted it cause I wanna see it. If you’re one of the lucky people who has no idea what I’m talking about, here’s the link. Oh and just for clarification, I’ve only seen Date Movie, and that’s more than enough).
The “creative team” behind this piece of shit (cause that’s what it is, a PIECE OF SHIT) should be hired as the people who make those costume posters for Party City. Cause I see this poster and that’s exactly what comes to mind. A Party City poster. Hell, even a Party City poster is more fun to watch.
I would love to know who allows these movies to continue, and the reason why. I haven’t spoken to a single person who likes these movies (in case you don’t know: Date Movie, Epic Movie, Meet the Spartans). I am a non-violent person, but this is just an insult to the audience, and it makes me want to beat the directors to comatose state, and then an extra blow to make sure they never wake up.
If what you want is a good parody, do yourself a favor and go rent Airplane! If what you want is a good laugh, read the reviews for Meet the Spartans here.
I learned my lesson back when I saw Date Movie, and it’s the worst 12 bucks I’ll ever spend. Ever.
